IMS (part 3) - RVA Overland
March 11, 2012

Here's another pic I took at the International Motorcyle Show in Charlotte, NC back in Feb. It's of Clay Rathburn's, RVA Overland, one kickass dirt bike from Atom Bomb Custom Motorcycles that deserves plenty of attention! Check out more pics and info here.

Btw, I'm partial to Clay's work and tapped him months ago to build a custom rigid. Pics upcoming once work commences with an eye for completion in time for summer riding!

My Concert Update
March 10, 2012

My Concerts sidebar has been updated to include The Black Keys, Van Halen and Jane's Addiction. Might also be hitting the Local 506 to see Fair To Midland and Dead Letter Circus, and Lincoln Theatre to see Protest The Hero, Periphery, The Jeff Loomis Band, and others.

Amazing Horse
March 4, 2012

"Look at my horse, my horse is amazing...." - okay, so this song/vid is whacked but I couldn't help but laugh a bit when I first heard it. It was playing as a background loop to a video I watching the other day and I was like, wtf is this?!

IMS (part 2) - Quantum Leap
March 3, 2012

The International Motorcycle Show was held at the end of Feb and this is a pic I took of what turned out to be the People's Choice Award winner, Quantum Leap. Click this for information and additional pictures.

More bikes to come in future updates.

99 Faces of Occupy Wall St - August Bradley
March 3rd, 2012

Many walks of life converge at the financial district of New York City and photographer/filmmaker, August Bradley, photographs a cross-section of people that are in the area. Check this out to view the faces and why they are there.

Whether you agree with the movement or not, it's impressive to see people rally around a cause they believe in.

Note - portrait photography above by August Bradley.

International Motorcycle Show - Charlotte, NC
February 26, 2012

The IMS, touted as the world's largest motorcycle show, made its way through Charlotte, NC Fri-Sun as part of the 12-city tour.

I drove down there to stay the weekend and hit the show on Saturday to take in the sights and no matter what style of bike you like, there was something for all to enjoy. One of my personal favs is the bike above. I tried to get a shot without people in it but that was virtually impossible! Nonetheless, the bike still looks great!

I'll post a few more bikes in the days to come.

Humans for Animals
February 19, 2012

This ad, along with one other (monkey/human brains), garnered much attention when it came out some years ago. I think it's pretty effective from a "shock and awe" perspective but a bit ridiculous from a logical one. In any case, the point of the ad is pretty obvious and with this, it performs well!

On this note, take it from Ghandi when he said, "the greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by how its animals are treated".

People, stop fucking the animals over! If you don't think we fuck them over, watch this and start doing something about it!

Crowe/Tarantulas CB750
February 18, 2012

Now this is a CB750 I can dig. Bare bones, no bullshit kind of bike. Stance is stout and the muted appearance is sweet. I even like the brown accents (seat and handle grips). Nitpicking a bit, I'm not sure about how far the tits should be sticking up at the top of the forks. Click here for more pics etc.

Lost In Our Escape
February 18, 2012

I haven't incorporated acrylic paint/canvas, photography and photoshop into a piece in quite awhile. The photographic elements were easily integrated into the painted canvas and the rest of the image was completed in photoshop.
